I felt like my own doctor. While I came in with an idea of what it could be, and she agreed with my conclusion. Once the lab results came back negative, I had no contact at all. She never reached out to me to discuss and when I reached out to her asking for advice and insight, I got a message from her assistant saying I was being referred. That was it.

Thos was my second attempt at seeing this provider for my annual physical exam. The first time, a Saturday appointment, the provider did not show. The MA was great and apologetic about the provider initially as she thought running late, but then after getting a hold of her by phone, learned the provider was not showing up. The MA handled the situation well. I'm my opinion, patients who are stood up by theprovider should reach out to the patients via mail, email or MyChart with an apology. But that did not happen by any of these means or at the 2nd appointment. Provider seemed a bit too rushed and less than thorough at the appointment.

physician spent less than 5 minutes in the room after I waited over an hour. Didn't even touch me and in my after visit notes she said she checked my lungs and I didn't show any swelling. which I had a swollen ankle. very disappointed that I spent over an hour waiting, didn't have a physician that cared, said she has never seen me and I was a new patient, didn't give me any time to ask questions before she walked out with the student she had with her. such a waste of time that could have been messaged to me via Mychart.

Lab results/concerns were never explained to me in my follow up appointment that would be important to my treatment. The only way of knowing what was going on was through mychart, where I had to research what the medical terminology in my lab reports meant. I also received a message that I didn't review until after my follow up appointment that did address a health concern. The health concern should have been addressed in my follow up appointment so the staff could be sure I was aware of the health concerns.

This visit wasn't the best. Upon checking in I was informed I was late. My appointment was scheduled for 6:20 and I arrived before this time. Upon check in I was told I was too late to be seen as my appointment was at 5:50. If they had changed the appointment someone should have let me know. The doctor did see me, spent a couple minutes with me and said I need to see my gastro. doctor. She could have easily answered the question I emailed her through my chart, but insisted I needed to be seen. I really don't think an office visit is warranted if she couldn't help me.

This happened before this visit. Last year I got a Dexa screening and Dr. Kundra said it was normal. I sent an e-mail asking where I was on the "normal" rating, and she said I would have to make another appointment to find that out. I think she could have easily told me on a scale of 1 to 10 I was either a 2 or 10, or whatever.

I had put Dr Kundra as my primary care Dr. I had a previous Dr that had given me a prescription. I needed it refilled so I put a call into Dr Kundras office 2XS to have a script filled. No one called me back either time to let me know the previous Dr had to prescribe them. I had to make an appointment with her and paid the co pay just to have her tell me that she would only give me 1 month supply so now I have to pay another co pay to see the other Dr.....They should of called me and told me this before I did this. Didn't really seem too concerned about my pain at all. I felt she had already decided the game plan before she examined me. She didn't even check to see where my ribs really hurt. didn't acknowledge any swelling, because she didn't look. She treated my cough and basicaly told me to stop coughing and my ribs would stop hurting. I am self pay, this visit cost me well over 400 bucks. I don't have insurance because I an't afford it, I hardly ever go to the DR.s because of the expense. I finally came in after suffering with the sickness for almost a month. I only came in because my ribs hurt so bad as a result of the coughing so hard. She hardly even acknowledged that. I was told to go to X ray for a chest X ray. I was relieved thinking atleast then I would know, because she didn't seem concerned at all. I was told the Dr. would call me with the results in an hour. that was at 10:45 am. I called at 4:30, i was told she hadn't read them yet but would call me soon with the results. I alled again at 7 pm. She had already left. I was told they would have anothe Dr look at them in the morning and call me back. I called around noon. They then told me she wasn't in and would call me back on Monday. I asked if they could please have someone else read them and tell me what was wrong. I finally got a call later that afternoon. Not professional at all. Te Dr. should have called me. Like I said she was not concerned at all. FYI my ribs are still killing me. My cough is better. She gave no adv

Dr. Kundra said my labs came back perfect yet there were flags regarding my carbon dioxide and anion which shows dehydration. She did not give me direction on what to do for the dehydration. She misunderstood my issues and I didn't feel that I received good feedback or direction. She referred me to a gastroenterologist which cannot see me until November, meanwhile the stomach cramps, diarrhea and bloating continue to be awful and interfere with normal living

Dr Kundra has terrible bed side manner. we need to send her to a customer service class to know how to treat people with respect. She didn't listen and mocked my medical concerns stating "people hardly have that". She came in with her nose stuck up in the air and barely examined me. I was in for a physical and she left a lot of steps out. I was rushed out the door with no medical education, follow up consultations or even a breast exam.

My first appointment went very well, but the second one was frustrating. She forgot to tell me she was referring me to another dr. So I asked the nurse a few questions and she went back to the dr and then told me I was being referred because this wasn't her specialty. I am fine with that, I just was glad I kept asking what was going to happen next since I was stilling having symptoms. Maybe she simply forgot - that happens. But I still had a lot of concerns I needed addressed.

She caught the fact that Medicare would not cover the scan because it had not been 2 years since the last one. This I really appreciated for obvious reasons. When I told her they may because there were signs of ostiopinia on the last one, she informed me (in words I could easily understand) that 1) they probably wouldn't cover the test regardless and 2) bone mass doesn't change quickly, I was doing what I could to increase the bone mass, therefore, another year wouldn't matter. She made sure I understood why it would be best to wait another year and set up an appt for that time.

I set up the appointment with Dr. Kundra because I don't have a regular doctor and am searching for one. Dr. Kundra seemed knowledgeable about my hip Bursitis and was okay in explaining the problem - but she was doing the explaining to the Nurse Practitioner and not necessarily to me. Felt like I was just not really in the room. When I asked about the Estrogen Replacement Patch and told them the name of the medicine neither the doctor nor the nurse could find the name of the medicine in their computer, asking me to spell it - it's just Estradiol - a pretty common medicine. I was to go home and then phone or email how to spell the name of the medicine to their office. again WHAT!!!! Needless to say, I set up an appointment with another doctor. From that Nurse Practitioner who is in Family Practice I received information and a future plan for my Bursitis and also my medicine for Estrogen Replacement - and I didn't have to tell her how to spell it!!!!!

I like Dr. Kundra, but this time I felt not really listened to. She wanted me to take medicine that has made my tongue swell, as well as the rest of the body. I break out and my digestive system goes into rebellion. I feel that taking the medicines I have tired in the past would be dangerous for me. She is concerned for my health if I don't take them. I had questions I didn't ask because I got frustrated and the test results are not of things that our concerns were about. I felt a genuine caring from Dr. Kundra but this last time we didn't communicate as well as in times past.

Kind of poo-poohed my remark about having headaches. Put it all on the recent eye problems I've had, when in fact I've been suffering from these headaches since February. She just seemed in a hurry. She told me she was giving me Flonase without an explanation of what it is supposed to do. I asked and got somewhat of an answer. I asked what antibiotic she was prescribing and she did respond to my request to change the choice when I said that the one she was giving me had not worked previously. There just wasn't much of a "look me in the eye" and "I care about how you feel" vibe coming. I don't remember being asked if I had anymore questions for her. I just got the feeling she wanted to be done and move on.

I feel like the leg pain I have wasn't really looked at fully, she never even felt where the pain was or looked at my leg she just listened to what I said was wrong and then diagnosed it, she said she would give me a print out on stretchs but I only have a print out showing what I might have...the pain is bad I wish at the very least she would have felt my leg and made sure she didn't feel anythign else, just makes it hard to know that is what is wrong with me when my leg was never even looked at.

There were instances in which she had obviously not listened to what I had just said, because she prescribed an action that is already in progress. I described a combination of four symptoms. She completely ignored two of them, and offered inappropriate treatment for the other two. She offered to test for certain conditions by blood. I got the results and it does not appear she actually requested those specific tests.

I was not ever asked if I had any concerns I was there to discuss. When I asked a few questions, the doctor never once looked away from her computer and answered with short answers and basically made feel stupid for asking. I came in to establish care and to discuss some specific health concerns, but all she did is refill a year's worth of medications, without even asking if the meds were still working well, or knowing any of my medical history or results from the blood tests taken at the the appt. I have absolutely no confidence in her ability to treat me as a patient. It was a big waste of my time to come in. A big disappointment!

I hate the American healthcare system that allows the most useless societal function, namely health insurance which adds absolutely NO VALUE to health care, to dictate whom we can seek for medical assistance because of this bullshit "free market". Sorry, but I hate losing her as my doctor and I find this insurance system completely disappointing.

I explained what I thought was wrong with me, and what treatments/diagnoses had alreayd been tried by other doctors I have seen in the past. I struggle with depression and that wasn't up for debate - I have treid anti-depressant after anti-depressant, and nothing makes a difference. When I told her I didn't want another anti-depressant, she then recommended counseling. And "Me" time. I had told her I had already tried these things.....I just didn't get any answers from her and I am back at square 1.

Dr. Kundra is extremely thorough and very concerned for my health - this time it was acute bronchitis which poses a major concern for someone who is diabetic like myself.

I was little nervous about changing doctors. ( I had been seeing the same doctor for 17 years and she was changing her practice with was not going to work for me.) Dr. Kundra was exactly what I was looking for! I appreciate the fact that she gave me suggestions and recommendations. I try to be informed but do not always know what I need and sometime I just need a little nudge!
