We have worked collaboratively to craft a balanced plan that reduced my dependence on medications through exercise and improving my self awareness. I¿m grateful for her personal expertise and the way she leverages other members of the pain management clinic. It has improved my pain, mobility, strength, and overall outlook on life. All very important things to me and probably anyone living with chronic pain.

First: I was just happy Dr Bokat had looked at my MRI before my appointment. That meant a lot to me. She said my rare type of headache is one doctors have yet to understand what causes it. 2nd: Although I still beg-to-differ with her that it is NOT caused by the state of my skull, I am very happy with her prescribed method of headache management! She said this remedy may take a couple of weeks to get right, but I am upbeat about it already. I will confer with my PCM in follow-up. Dr Bokat is certainly someone UofU can bank on!
