November 04, 2024UNIVERSITY HOSPITALDon't agree to see someone when they are within the 15 min grace period IF you are going to make sure they know and feel it from the moment you walk in the door. If the time was going to be an issue, then r/s the patient. But don't make them feel worse then they already do with your demeanor. She is very smart and definitely doesn't dumb it down when she explains things, which I appreciated. Dr. Norman is probably a great doctor, she just lacks good bed side manner.
