  • Ashley L. Stuart, Ph.D, is an Assistant Professor (Clinical) and Child and Adolescent Psychologist in the University Developmental Assessment Clinics (UDAC). She earned her Ph.D from the University of Utah Educational Psychology program in 2017. Dr. Stuart completed her post-doctoral training at UDAC and an APA accredited internship at the Marcus Autism Center at Emory University and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta in Atlanta, GA where she specialized in early identification and early intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Stuart also completed post-baccalaureate training at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill’s Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities. Throughout her career, Dr. Stuart has focused on early identification of autism, specifically within the first three years of life. Dr. Stuart has also completed advanced training in neurodevelopmental disorders through the URLEND program's autism enhanced track. In addition to conducting developmental assessments for children 4 years of age and younger, Dr. Stuart founded and runs the RUBI Parent Training Program through the UDAC Child Development Program.
