I have found the orthopedic group at the U outstanding. I moved here from the Boston area 3 1/2 years ago, and everything here is much easier to deal with.

One of the proposed treatments was to use a hand cream, which they would send the prescription to my pharmacy...I went there twice, no prescription for me there. Maybe they sent after I checked twice ..it bothered me, so I didn't care to check again.

Never any follow up on medication as mentioned during appointment or phone call regarding medication as I was told. Still in severe pain trying to take care of a 3 month old. I feel like I was just rushed out so everyone could go on Christmas break. Even as of now, no one has reached out to me or called in any pain relief.

Joy English was really great. I appreciated the time she took to carefully review the x-rays and talk through possible issues causing the knee pain. Also, I appreciated that they were filling to fit me in last minute knowing I was having surgery on my foot the next day and needed to make sure everything was ok for that procedure.
