  • Sylvie Fadrhonc, MHS, PA-C received her Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Pre-Medical Sciences from Colorado College, graduating with honors in 2007. During her undergraduate studies, Sylvie worked as an athletic trainer with the Colorado College Sports Medicine Department, designing and implementing physical therapy programs for student athletes. In 2008, Sylvie began employment at Partners in Pediatrics, an integrative clinic with a holistic approach to pediatric health in Denver, Colorado. Sylvie then relocated to Telluride, Colorado to become the Education and Grant Manager for the Telluride Adaptive Sports Program, a non-profit dedicated to enriching the lives of youth with physical and cognitive disabilities through providing therapeutic recreation opportunities. She spent the following three years immersed in the adaptive sports community developing programs for individuals with special needs. She received the LL Bean Outdoor Hero of the Year Award in 2011 and the Colorado College Spirit of Adventure Award in 2012 for her advocacy in the field of disabled recreation.

    Sylvie attended the Lock Haven University Physician Assistant Program, graduating with a Masters in Health Sciences and becoming a certified Physician Assistant in 2013. Sylvie was the president of her graduate class, elected to represent her peers at the American Academy of Physician Assistants conference in Toronto, Canada, and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants conference in Philadelphia, PA. She was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society for scholarship, leadership and service in Physician Assistant Studies. Sylvie completed clinical medicine rotations in pediatric neurosurgery, general pediatrics, family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, general surgery, and physical medicine & rehabilitation. Sylvie comes to the Division of Pediatric Allergy, Immunology, and Rheumatology with a passion for managing chronic illness in the pediatric population.

    Sylvie’s personal interests include skiing, mountain biking, tennis, and enjoying the outdoors with her family, friends, and dog.
