I didn't connect personally with Dr. Morrow. Seemed to be a natural communication barrier and personality conflict. She was difficult to talk to and I don't think she understood my personality type. We had several communication problems even talking face to face.

Dr. Morrow made me feel very comfortable, listened to my concerns explained my treatment going forward, and did something I always look for in a provider, she came in the room sat down and crossed her legs. To me that says, "you are the most important person to me right now, I have nothing else going on. Even though I know her schedule is packed.
