Ella es muy profesional y humana, dio prioridad a todas mis preguntas y preocupaciones en cuanto al estado de mi salud, y me hizo preguntas para llegar a un acuerdo conjuntamente del procedimiento a seguir para mejorar mi salud, aunque al principio de la cita me preguntó si me había realizado los exámenes que ella me había ordenado hacer, me dio una explicación satisfactoria acerca de cada uno explicándome los resultados y el procedimiento a seguir. Escucha y contesta cada pregunta profesionalmente haciéndome sentir que conoce del tema de salud que estamos tratando y aunque fue el seguimiento a la primera cita siento confianza que pueda seguir tratándome con ella como gastroenteróloga que es y poder mejorar en un 100 por ciento mi salud. Fue una experiencia de la cual puedo decir que quede contenta con sus recomendaciones y explicaciones.

Katrina listened very closely to my problems and gave suggestions, hand outs for specific problems and made me feel that she really cared!

She was very good at listening to my issue, she asked many questions to get to the root of my issue. She gave me a few options of things to try to get my problem fixed. Was asked which one I would like to do so I felt like I had a say in my care. I left feeling very good and listened too.

Katrina is very pleasant. She is an excellent listener! However, her assistant desperately needs additional training. She is not a good listener, therefore she misconstrued what I was saying. She didnt come across as someone who likes interacting with patients.

Katrina Emery fulfills my expectations for what an excellent health care worker should be. She excels at practicing medicine but treats patients. Some teachers teach classes, others teach students. She is of the latter. I'm confident that I will be on her mind as she attempts to solve my health issues after I leave the treatment room and throughout the day until she finds resolutions to my challenges. I believe that while at the moment she may not have an answer for all that I give her to solve, she will get it for me. Probably, you don't pay her enough and give her enough accolades.
