Dr Millican took the time to understand my concerns about scarring and healing since the MOHS surgery was on my face and the scarring would be visible to everyone. His experience and understanding of the healing process helped me to make the best decision for my situation and recovery. Dr Millican listened to my concerns and let me make the final decision. His demeanor is very calming in such a stressful time. This is the second MOHS surgery for me, on my face, and I chose Dr Millican over all the other surgeons because I feel he is the most patient, friendly and doesn't talk down to me. He made the process understandable and in the end, acceptable. If I need MOHS surgery again, I will choose Dr Millican as the surgeon.
