    Dr. Mulligan received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Johns Hopkins University and completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Utah. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and is a member of the Utah Medical Association.

    He is very smart, not the most personable but has improved over the years. He is great at referring you to other providers. I dont feel like he or his clinic tend to really listen or try to figure things out.

    Dr Mulligan slipped me in as an emergency...my primary was booked solid. I had fallen and he very patiently assessed the parameters of my symptoms. Determined their significance which was the result of careful and tedious questioning. The medication he ordered as a result was remarkably effective and not an obvious first choice. Fortunate me!!
