Dr. Mulligan is the most engaged primary care physician that I have ever had. He listens carefully and suggests alternatives for treatment and management of each condition. He makes thoughtful recommendations but leaves decisions to me. I feel that he truly cares about my health and well-being. He is a very competent physician, often referencing the latest literature. He also confers with colleagues when he has any question about a topic. I trust him completely.
