Provider did not know who I was when he entered the room. Stated it was nice to meet me when he did my physical last year. It would be good for them to check the charts prior to walking in the room and to know who their patient is.

Dr. Kerr didn't introduce himself or say any words that weren't absolutely necessary. He mostly appeared annoyed and uninterested and he was very slow.

This was only my second visit with Dr. Kerr, but I was surprised he wasn't aware of the open heart surgery I had 15 months earlier since we had discussed it during my initial visit eight weeks ago. I assumed it would have been a big flag in my notes.

Dr Kerr is the best doctor I've ever had. Some just treated me like a job and would answer my questions impatiently, but not Dr Kerr. Dr Kerr actually seems to care and listen.

Even though the wait was extremely long, I felt that the doctor was more hands on than my home doctor for my yearly physical. He checked everything.
