    Laura is exceptional! She is smart and very personable. I like someone who is direct and friendly. I feel she understood my concerns and responded appropriately. Laura is everything that makes a healthcare professional great. I'm 78 and have been around healthcare more than most. She is one of the best, wish everyone was just like her! You will feel cared for and have all your concerns addressed. She is not only smart, but is a people person who loves her job.

    Laura is clearly knowledgeable. However, if she gets nervous she giggles and makes unnecessary jokes. She is gaining confidence and has been better each time we've seen her.
