I really liked Dr. Nacy. She is a wonderful doctor! Smart, caring, sincere and extremely helpful. The procedure & problem that I came in for was scary to me. She could tell that I was nervous and worried and she treated me so kindly and explained everything in great detail and she calmed my fears.

She was very polite, caring, and very gentle with the procedure. I was feeling pretty nervous during the visit, however, she was able to lighten the mood with some humor which really calmed me down and made me feel so much more comfortable. So, not only is she very professional, she also has a great personality and is very approachable, which makes it much easier to express your concerns and questions with her.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Nacy. I have a bit of apprehension anytime I see a new care provider, but Dr. Nacy was friendly and immediately began listening to my concerns. I felt Dr. Nacy went above and beyond during our visit and even afterwards, explaining my test results and how to proceed with my new and old diagnosis. I feel very confident in continuing to see Dr.. Nacy and her ability to treat my conditions.

Emily was kind, patient, and very respectful. She was able to accommodate my scheduling needs, and gave a very calming perspective and disposition. I was very impressed with her. I would've appreciated a follow up call from her however or anyone from the clinic. I'm a bit surprised that I haven't received one frankly after a procedure like that.
