    I had a medication management issue. To solve it, Dr. Hare had to chat-up to a few other staff before our appointment. When he and I chatted, I could tell he had asked the right questions to the right people; our appointment stayed focused and was quick. Hats off for taking the time to dig into my issue and reasoning through the details offline.
