Dr. Scannell is a very knowledgeable and caring person. She listens and involves me in the care she is suggesting. I feel very comfortable with her and know she has my best interests in mind. Because she is also my husband's doctor I feel like she sees the whole picture of what I can do to help him and also not overdo things that would hurt me. She is good at communicating with results of tests and referrals.

Dr. Scannell was incredible thorough and thoughtful about getting to know a new patient with dementia. She spent time considering the need for testing, as well as opportunities to de-prescribe unnecessary medications. I look forward to working with her as our family travels along this new path.

She asks great questions and is very direct and to the point. She looks you straight in the eye, and takes time to really listen and engages in whats' going on. She doesn't hurry me but is very thorough.

Sorry I spelled your name wrong, Dr. Scannell. I love seeing and listening to Dr. Scannell. She takes so much time wit me and I assume she does likewise with all her patients. Gabrielle is my oldest granddaughter's age and I hope my granddaughter treats everyone with the respect that Dr. Scannell does.
