Dr Pena took time to understand my medical concern. She was professional, calm, an excellent listener and genuinely concerned. She represents the medical profession with integrity.

Dr Pena Heredia is very detailed in what she is is going to do during the visit. She explains in terms that you can understand and listens to what you have to say. It makes visits as enjoyable as going to the doctor can be.

Dr. Pena is outstanding in the patient care she provides. She has much experience to draw from and knows the best next steps, but she also educates the patient and lets them decide so they are vested in the process and outcomes.

Dr Pena should learn to educate her patients in the policy and procedures if she expects us to follow them. She should have communicated with me that I need to reschedule my appointment to get my medicine and she shouldn't treat patients who are genuinely trying to feel better as if they just are seeking medication. After my appointment with her I have decided to leave the university. I've been a patient for 39 years given birth with in this hospital and have a cardiologist at the cardiovascular center. She is a horrible doctor.

It was clear that Dr Peña had familiarized herself with my medical history before my visit and therefore was able to discuss my health concerns and possible solutions with clarity. She seemed to take her profession seriously and actually made me feel that my health was her priority.

please know that I have seen a LOT of Dr.'s and Dr. Pena, though it was only 1 visit, could not have been more thorough! I appreciated her ability to understand, so quickly, my history and evaluate my needs.

She is kind. She might be a bit shy, or maybe she isn't that interested in trying to solve my issues. It wasn't too bad

Wonderful. So knowledgeable. Is VERY PROACTIVE and VERY QUICK TO FOLLOW UP on things like lab results, etc. Makes me feel cared for and a priority. She's on top of it. Even if I don't feel like taking needed action steps, she does and helps inspire if not push me (in kind way) in the right direction. Dr. Pena is also straight forward with what's going on, with lab results and what the treatment plan entails, etc. I appreciate her very much.

My wife was with me, and kinda told the doctor stuff that I had forgot, and I am glad that I took her too. I did forget to tell her about one thing, so I got on my chart to explain it to her. I actually love my chart. It keeps me alert on things going on in me, and I can send messages to keep the doctor's updated.
