    Benjamin David Carrick, PAC, treated me extremely well during the procedure I was to undergo on my last visit to HCI. He explained things very well and gave me choices on the treatment I was to receive.

    He was not supposed to be the person I had an appointment scheduled with so probably not fair to make assessments when he was just a substitute
