  • Dr. Goteti received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, completed his Pediatric residency at Golisano Children’s Hospital at SUNY Upstate Medical University, where he also served as a chief resident, and his Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University.

    Dr. Goteti is an Assistant Professor in the division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/BMT at the University of Utah School of Medicine. His clinical interests are hemoglobinopathies, immune-hematology, bone marrow failure syndromes, and platelet disorders. He serves as the institutional lead in sickle cell disease and thalassemia. He is the site PI for the Pacific Sickle Cell Regional Collaborative (PSCRC) and the Globin Regional Data and Discovery (GRANDaD) studies. He leads multiple quality improvement initiatives and recently received the American Society of Hematology Quality Improvement Training Initiative award.
