She was fantastic. I was impressed with how well she knew my daughter's rare disorder and the possible ramifications of different situations with that. She was very efficient in getting back to us quickly.

Dr. Jeffe is awesome! She came in very prepared. She had clearly read all of the notes about my son prior to our appointment and had great clarifying/follow up questions. She was practical and thorough. She left me feeling like a good parent and like I'm doing a great job of caring for my son's needs- even in the midst of not knowing exactly what is causing his troubles. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jeffe!!!

Very knowledgeable. She took the time to clean out my son's ears so she could actually see what was going on in his ears. She was very gentle with my son too.
