Even though she knew I wasn't going to like one of the recommendations that needed to happen for my health and recovery she was patient and understanding and made sure I had everything I needed. And most of all she matched my humor and dealt with my sarcasm, which I love in my medical providers. When I am stressed or frustrated sarcasm is my go to response and she didn't take offense to it at all and was able to help me feel less frustrated by the end of the appointment.
