Lisa Guertin, DNP, MS, ACNP-BC, is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse
Practitioner (ARNP) in Acute Care, specializing in advanced heart failure. Her passion is working with patients who have heart failure, heart transplant, mechanical circulatory support devices and pulmonary hypertension with extensive experience across the continuum of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery.
Lisa has been a Registered Nurse since 2000, ARNP since 2010 and Doctor of Nursing Practice since 2020. She has worked at a several premier healthcare institutions and is also faculty with a top tier School of Nursing, teaching nurses to become strong Nurse Practitioners. Lisa is also interested in Process Improvement and Program Development.
She strives to make personal connections with her patients. Her dedication extends to providing excellent comprehensive care to her patients and their loved ones and recognizes the importance of quality as part of living.
