Dr Aaron J Moore was absolutely wonderful. I was so emotional and he took the time to walk through my chart with my husband and me then discussed next steps. He was empathetic, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He was respectful and kept the discussion within the realm of focus. I have never had such a kind doctor who truly listened. He was open-minded and did not lead with ego, and instead, his staff and he were very thoughtful and efficient which helped. It was nice that all the time I put into the system beforehand was read before meeting as well. My husband and I are thrilled that I will receive the care needed by Dr. Aaron J Moore and his staff. I can't say enough about Dr Aaron more cherish fantastic doctor. He cares about your physical and mental health, especially when I am having so many complications. He doesn't give up trying to find ways to help me deal with my health issues. He is very honest and forthcoming about what my options are and what treatments can be offered. Never made me feel the need to panic about my medical issues but made me aware about how serious my state of diabetes is. He made an obvious effort to take his eyes away from the screen and hands off the keyboard to listen to me as I spoke. A great representation of what an initial visit should be for the concerns I had. He did use an si assistant to help with note taking, which I agreed to. After the fact, I believe more emphasis on how that app is administered (hippa/where the dictation is taking place and how that data is stored) should be discussed.

I never heard back from the doctor after my lab test was done, I was waiting for a week, and I decided to look for another doctor. Little disappointed because it's the first time I have had this experience.
