All of the nurses I worked with were very helpful and even provided detailed explanations to my questions. I didnt deal with the doctors PA on my most recent visit but she is great, seems really knowledgeable and personable(which is just as important). Great man
Dr Vitale is a wonderful Dr. When I see him, I feel that my problem is solved.
because the staff were busy, running behind in the procedures, a float nurse was attempting to get me started on the procedure getting me ready for Dr. Vitale, and that this was the second injection in my eye there wasn't any real discussion of anything pre-procedurally. The people preparing me for the injection I've already commented on that. The person the man taking pictures of my guy, it was a different modality picture showing a different angle or aspect to the eye. He knew the difference in what the reading pertain to. For me the pictures from the first procedure were easier for me to identify and follow the train of thought. The changes, visualizing where the problem was and were the injection was supposed to treat my eye. Hurry call this man from years past taking pictures. He's extremely knowledgeable and has worked there many years. This man was Thorough taking the pictures needed, yet just as busy as all the other staff members trying to accommodate all the cares that needed to be done for all the patients that day. he referred me to have Dr. Vitale explain it. as soon as injection was done, Dr. Vitale stood to leave the room, and when I told the nurse not to rub my eye, he stated we have to rub it to clean it. Then I responded it was more of the pressure applied to the eyeball. And Dr. Vitale exited the room so perhaps next appointment it's early in the morning at the beginning of the day. I hope we will be able to have time for Dr. Vitale to give me a summary of the condition of my eye. If these injections are helping my eye condition. Is the goal to help my eye, save my vision, is the goal being accomplished. Are the injections working and doing what they're supposed to do. can Dr. Vitale see any benefit and progress? and plan of care for future.
could not have hoped tor better care!
good
I trust him fully.
I appreciate that Dr Vitale is a great doctor. I just need him to listen to my issues. I rarely get the chance to ask a question or discuss decisions that he makes, especially if I have a problem that I wish we could work on together. It doesnt feel like a collaborative way to solve problems. I wish my opinion mattered. Its impossible to reach the doctor if there is a problem. I only get transferred from one staff person to the next.
Dr vitale he his a very nice person always helping me for what I need esp for my medication very easy to talk to
Dr Vitale is very professional and explains my tests very well.
He is always very caring and answers all questions. My husband has been his patient for several years and we thought it best for me to see him also.
