The patient rating score is an average of all responses on our patient experience survey. The rating averages scores for all questions about care from our providers. The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
Patient comments are gathered from our patient experience survey and displayed in their entirety. For the convenience of our visitors, some patient comments have been translated from their original language into English while preserving their original meaning as accurately as possible. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.

Seems like a good dude. Calm demeanor and knows his stuff
very kind, listen to us andt took the time to explain to us very patiently, thank you so much. God blees him.
Capable, considerate, and supportive. Thanks!
Very caring
We went to Dr. Karmazin because of Ben, the nurse practitioner that used to work with at Utah Valley Hospital. We are considering switching doctors because this new office is very far from us, but especially because the level of care is so lacking.
Fue muy claro y honesto en la salud de mi hijo, muy competente y profesional
We received great care from Dr. Karmazin. He was respectful and explained things to my son in ways he could understand.
Unsatisfied, arrogant
