The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Great experience. Explained condition well
Amanda took her time in explaining all of my lab reports. She is very pleasant and professional and I really enjoy my appointments with her.
You canÕt really know how skilled she is until you have had multiple bone marrow biopsies. Then you should realize how good she really is. Not only an exceptional Òbed sideÓ encouragement and motivation but carries that through to the actual procedure. I was super pleased with the entire experience. It is a great feeling when you place your confidence in someone and they exceed your expectations.
