Honestly, these interaction was very stressful. She read the Mychart texts during the appointment, plus the documents on file. There was no cognizance to this physician's team member texts-communication. This was a referral transfer of care; since previous primary care retired. Honestly am horrified by the service. I don't write many reviews but am writing this review since I didn't like the care shown.
Dr. Berbert provided care in a calm, consistent, and caring manner. She was attentive, thorough, presented information in an understandable manner, and spent as much time as I needed. I felt listened to and included in any decision making processes of my care. Further needed services (x rays) were able to be performed on sight.
Dr. Berbert takes an interest in your healthcare. You are not a number. She cares and seeks to provide understandable health care and treatment for health needs.

My PCP just left my clinic and I had to choose a new one. I choseDr Berbert. She was very unfriendly ~ she had the bedside manner of a board. She challenged care and medications from other physicians but didn't even ask about past medical history. I will not see her again.

Amanda was very friendly and kindly listened to all of my concerns, I had to see her as my primary care doctor was unavailable during the time I needed, but she went out of her way to communicate with the pharmacy concerning my needs and even talked to my primary care doctor who was in the building to consult what would be the best for me! Lovely doctor I would definitely go back!
