  • Dr. Amy Theos is a dermatologist with subspecialty training in pediatric dermatology. She cares for children of all ages, from birth to 19 years of age. She provides outpatient consultation on all conditions involving the skin, hair, and nails. Her clinical interests include the treatment of hemangiomas, the multidisciplinary management of vascular anomalies, and the diagnosis and management of congenital and genetic skin conditions. She focuses on family-centered care, counseling, and developing a treatment plan that is tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

    Dr. Theos was born and raised in the South and prior to joining the University of Utah, she practiced pediatric dermatology at Children’s of Alabama for 22 years. She and her husband recently moved to Salt Lake City and look forward to spending time outdoors and exploring all Utah has to offer.
