Dr Steely did a great job with my heart surgery, but the level of care went far beyond her skill in the operating room. Before my operation, Dr Steely answered all of my families questions but also explained the risks my children have because of my genetics. She then went out of her way to help us get the tests my daughters needed check for these issues! After my operation, Dr Steely was a frequent visitor to my hospital room, always making sure I was doing well and answering any new questions that I had. I believe Dr Steely cared about me and my family. I will always be happy that I had her as my surgeon and if I ever have a family member that needs a cardiovascular surgery, I will strongly recommend Dr Steely!

I met Dr. Steely for the first time on this visit. I came away very impressed with her thoroughness, with her attention to detail, and especially with her ability to connect important dots in my complex medical history. She did the latter in real time as we talked. Wondrous! A talented provider who took the time to pay *real* attention to the patient in front of her. And she never once consulted a screen.
