    As I have said, he has yet to disappoint. He truely cares about his patients. I'm very lucky to have found him. Others I know have told me the same.

    I have never felt better about a medical care giver than I feel about Dr. Chang. I'm 82. Been there done that. He's the best ever. I don't want to share him, but the U needs hundreds more like him.
