I have loved my experience with her. She is kind, communicative, smart, and skilled. Everything I could hope for in a doctor to help me with my somewhat rare but serious condition.
Dr. Schiffer is great. I feel that I am in excellent care while in her hands. She is thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. I have also worked Beth Lanza in this office and have been very satisfied with both. When given the opportunity to change insurance companies I continued with the same so that I could see them both. I worked with 3 SLPs and they were all amazing! They were all very nice and extremely knowledgeable! Not only did they help me get my voice back but they also gave me some hope for the first time in months. They saw me as a person not just a pt and acknowledged how much this problem took a mental toll on me, not just a physical one. They also went out of their way to make sure I would have ample time for my appointment as it was almost a 3 hr drive for me to get there. I am extremely impressed with the care I received and would recommend the providers to anyone having voice problems!

I am absolutely happy with my care from Dr. Schiffer. She has been so kind and compassionate during what has been a pet hard time for me.
