  • Brooklin Clements is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She received her bachelor's in both Human Nutrition and Nutrition and Dietetics from Kansas State University. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Nuvance Hospital in Dansbury, Connecticut where she completed a comprehensive, rigorous program in a variety of settings including NICU, ICU, long term care, community milk bank, bariatrics, dialysis, diabetes management, group homes, outpatient surgery, tube feed management, and oncology. Brooklin has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, long-term acute care, assisted living and long-term care, lifestyle and wellness, and behavioral health. Brooklin's nutritional expertise ranges from working with pediatric patients wishing to lose weight to patients struggling with eating disorders. Her passions include helping patients reclaim their health through a holistic approach to nutrition that incorporates improving self-esteem, nutritional disease management, sustainable behavior change, and helping patients find food freedom. She enjoys seeing patients for weight management, diabetes, hormone health, binge eating disorder, disordered eating, and ARFID.

    Brooklin provides both NEW You and NEW You(th) Programming at Westridge Health Center. The NEW You Program focuses on Nutrition, Exercise and Wellness. Using the latest research, learn to eat healthier, be more active, and lose weight. The NEW You program has shown improvements in A1C or blood sugar levels, heart health lab results, decreases in hip and waist circumference, increased energy, better sleep and stress management and overall weight loss to help manage and prevent further health issues! The NEW You(th) Program is aimed for youth ages 12-18 with the same values as the NEW You Program and modified to this age group to learn and choose to eat nutritious foods, be more active and create healthier habits now and into the future.
