Cassidy is absolutely amazing. She is caring and patient. She doesn't rush and takes the time to listen to my concerns and is incredibly compassionate. She's also very thorough about checking all the boxes and talks through everything in detail to make sure I have a clear understanding of next steps. She also doesn't discount or brush off any of my concerns no matter how small or silly they may seem. She really listens and provides her honest opinions with a plan of action if need be. She is also really good about following up when necessary.
