Chiara was so helpful in addressing my concerns. As a woman. I've had many providers who have been dismissive of my concerns but Chiara listened to all my symptoms and talked me through options for my care. She helped walk me through her thought process regarding diagnosis and made me feel less anxious and uncertain about my health.

Dr. Wallace is great! It doesn't feel like she's just going through the motions like it can with other health care providers. She seems like she genuinely cares.

I'm not sure what I think of her yet. I'm going to go a second time before I decide if I want her as my provider. My other provider left as it's going to be hard to find anyone as good as her. If I had to choose today I probably won't go back. There are two other providers that I will try if she doesn't work out. Not friendly at all.

Typical provider for healthcare these days. She is just average and will help you with your inquiries. She is quick to respond to my chart messages. Seems rushed and not super personable. Bedside manner could improve to be less robotic. She is a good competent provider, but maybe chose someone else if you want someone who feels more genuinely interested and passionate about your care.

Best Dr I've ever had

Chiara is hands down the best care giver that I have gotten to work with. She makes me feel genuinely cared for and actually listens to what I say and always has excellent resources, referrals, or treatment to share. She is always able to take care of my concern and makes me feel valued, safe, and respected. Receiving care is efficient and easy and her follow through is quick and thorough.

Chiarra is one of the best and most caring providers I have seen. She is very thorough and I feel genuinely cared for. She takes the time to answer all of my concerns and shows empathy and investment into my well being. She gives great information, accessible resources, and helpful follow up. She scheduled me for my next appointment before I left her office and took care of all of my desired tests on the spot. Her follow up with results was incredibly fast and I could not ask for a better provider or overall experience.

Chiara was great and knowledgeable. Good bedside manner for an awkward rash I was dealing with.

Her assistant and everyone else was excellent. I just was way too stressed by this provider. She didn't believe stuff i said. I felt like she thought i was mentally incompetent. But my problem is getting resolved.

APRN Wallace asked many questions and was very responsive. I appreciated her advice and decision on the best care options in my case.
