Dr. Ma is very friendly and takes the time to inform me of issues I need to know about with my treatment. The first time I saw Dr. Ma was during the initial lock-downs and I got to see her new dog during our tele-medicine visit. I enjoy now asking about her dog and in return she asks about our dog, putting the visit on a more personal level which I enjoy.
