She told me that there was still a possibility of complications and to what to watch for.
I have been surprised how good the telehealth appointments have been. I was skeptical at first but honestly feel like they are more thorough than in person visits I have been to. Usually a doctor only sees you for 5-10 minutes and these sessions are like 30.

All support staff was fantastic in assistance to setup the virtual online meeting. Dr. Webb was awesome.!! Very caring, very personal, AND very professional. She was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and gave very thorough instructions and advice.

At first I was skeptical of the Tele Health, but I feel like it is a super good option. I feel cared for and comfortable.

I think she's a very good doctor she doesn't go straight into suggesting surgery without exploring other options first. She gives time with medicine first. I like that.

Having a burn is an incredibly painful and scary thing to go through. Crystal made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be, explained the current and future healing process of my burn, was patient and kind answering my questions, and put me totally at ease about the future and what to expect during the entire heading process. I felt so much better mentally after receiving care from her and her team. It gave me high optimism in my recovery process for sure, and she also made me feel secure in the knowledge that if anything odd came up on my healing, I could count on her and her team to get me through. Great experience and wonderful provider, and team! Thank you!!
