good experiences: Crystal Armstrong helped me get the medications I need we are still working on my conditions. I am currently waiting for an MRI to see what is needed next. Bad experiences: I was not able treat some conditions I had in the past do to restrictions of my Medicaid and with them restrictions I couldn't take care of was my Adhd, cause medicaid wouldn't approve of some of the medications needed in the past to treat adhd and I am sure that this condition has lead me to having a seizure a month ago. Side note: Now that I'm on a different Medicaid plan I can finally get the treatment I need. and also thanks to Dr. Crystal Armstrong for also helping me get the treatment I need.

I trust Dr Armstrong because she listens. she always follows through and I sometimes feel that I'm her only patient. she knows and more importantly remembers my concerns. I don't expect her to know everything about me, but there are days when she doesn't remember, she'll tell me then look it up while she's talking to me. this is important to me because there have been drs who pretend, brush it off, or act like they know about me better than I know myself. I especially LOVE how Dr Armstrong writes (types) down notes while we are talking. I have multiple health concerns and it's reassuring to know I can trust her and her notes:)

Dr. Armstrong and her MAs really care about you and how you're doing. I always know Dr. Armstrong will genuinely listen to my concerns and cares about me as a person and my wellbeing.

She is kind, knowledgeable She is kind, knowledgeable, intelligent, and helpful, She knows how to access information to help the individual patients. It is very difficult to get an appointment without waiting two months for an appointment. I have to go to insta-care for anything that comes up suddenly. I would much rather have Dr. Armstrong take care of my needs.
