I appreciated that Dr. Armstrong listened compassionately to my concerns and was clear and respectful in communicating about what services she could provide and what services I'll need to see specialists for. I felt she genuinely cared about my well-being and was willing to take the time to listen to me without bias. I'm looking forward to meeting with her the next time I have concerns.
