Dr Cushman is the most caring and attentive Doctor I have ever been treated by. He always treats me with so much respect and concern. I could not have gotten through these last 3 years without him caring for me. The University of Utah Med center is very lucky to have Dr Cushman on their staff!

Dr Cushman and Megan always listen to the issues I bring up and have suggestions on how to improve. I am so fortunate to have them treating me
