He went above and beyond my expectations. He was very thorough. Once the MRI was done, he explained all of the findings in great length. Once a plan of action was made, he made sure that I knew what to expect every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend him to others. It's nice to be able to get around now with much less fear and likely hood that I will fall and hurt it even more. Thanks again Dr. Nixon!! [NAME REMOVED]

    Rating: 3 out of 5

Dr. Nixon appears to be a good surgeon. The surgery he did on my foot went well. It's his lack of bedside manner that was concerning. Even the post-op nurse commented on it. All of my interactions with Dr. Nixon have been polite, but terse. He won't explain anything to me unless I specifically ask a question. He won't offer his advice unless you ask for it. He'll simply say, "well what do you think?" Isn't it the role of the doctor to answer that question? I then have to ask him what my options are. Otherwise, he won't tell me. It's like pulling teeth to get information from him.

Excellent visit. Dr. Nixon took care to explain everything.
