Dr. Pettey received his B.S. at the University of Utah and his O.D. and M.S. degrees at The Ohio State University.

    As a Utah native, Dr. Pettey loves the culture and beautiful surroundings the state provides. He and his wife enjoy water-skiing, snow sports, and travelling with their five children. He is also a passionate fan of the Utah Jazz, Real Salt Lake and the University of Utah.
