Dominick Ramirez, PA-C is a Physician Assistant for the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Utah Hospital. As an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC), his research interests include preventative medicine, HIV management, PrEP & PEP, gender affirming care, and chronic disease management.
Ramirez received his Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. He received his Physician Assistant training and Master of Clinical Health Services from the University of Washington MEDEX Northwest in 2024. In the past, Ramirez served as a medical assistant with the University of Utah Division of General Internal Medicine, where he was involved with patient care, care coordination, and quality improvement projects. He is currently a post-graduate Advance Practice Clinician (APC) Fellow and is receiving training from the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Utah. He is currently board certified as a Physician Assistant through the National Commision on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
