This was my first visit to Dr. Nicholls he was kind, he answered my questions professionally and nicely unlike other doctors I've had in the past at other clinics.

he was nice but rushed. i saw him leave after my appointment, which explains it. i wish he would have talked to me about contact brands, rather than just deciding on a brand and giving it to me. i also wish he would have asked if i had questions for him, because i did have questions for him. it was kind of the same express treatment i got from places like america's best and eyeglass world, not something i'd expect from a medical center. this took time and will cost me money and my concerns went completely unsaid because he wanted to go home quick. but he was nice while i had him.

Dr Nicholas was very concerned about my blurry vision in my eye. He thought it might be more then just poor eyesight and referred me to a specialist that I was able to see the next day.
He was kind and knowledgeable. He did not show concern with the stroke information I presented him with and I had to point out several things that he or the technician missed in the appointment.
