Hi, I'm Liz. I have worked at the University of Utah Hospital since 2018, specifically on the surgical specialty/transplant unit and then the Medical ICU. I have also spent time on the Cardiovascular ICU and floor. My prior U experience includes the pediatric inpatient population as well as outpatient orthopedics. I find the ICU to be the most rewarding setting thus far. The critical status of patients as well the collaboration between providers helps motivate me each day. Acute care can really be the new rehab! I am originally from Massachusetts but have lived in Utah since graduating in 2013 due to the amazing outdoor opportunities. I enjoy skiing, backpacking, running, rafting, and just recently started mountain biking.
