I was expecting Hillary Davis, so this was a good change and she was easy to talk with and I'll hopefully see her next January.

Erica is very knowledgeable and professional but also manages to be very kind and compassionate. Excellent provider.

Erica was very professional and compassionate throughout the entire procedure. At one point, in the middle of the procedure, she took time to give me a kind tap and ask if I was doing ok. That was noticed and appreciated.

So far, she has listened to what my problem is and stated that there is clearly a breakdown in the communication of what I have and how it needs to be treated. Hopefully this next trip will get things done and see what further treatments and care that I may need.

She was much better than the PAC at my last urologist office. She made understand what needs to done and by when. She also explained how the biopsy is done there and why it is better. I was very much relieved by what she told me.

Erica J. Farr, PAC is very professional and approachable. I was relaxed and confidant during what could have been a very painful biopsy. Her explanation before the procedure and then a step by step description of what she was doing during the procedure eliminated surprises (as well as fear) during the surgery. I felt I was her key focus while in her (and her team's) care and that I received the best possible care.

She didn't just talk to or at me. She actually included me in the discussion. We went over the results and what I could do to make improvements with some other issues that appeared in the test results.

My experience over the past 6 years has been excellent. There has been no problems getting the care needed. You have been on top of the issues that have needed to be addressed without any fooling around or delays. My treatment has been taken seriously and attentively and very timely. I have referred at least two patients to your clinic Thank you got your great care to me.

Erica and her crew were absolutely fantastic! The procedure was very uncomfortable, but Erica talked to me and explained what was being done and she encouraged me by telling I was doing a good job. I think Erica is one of the best providers I've come in contact with the U of U in quite a while. Whatever you are paying her, it's not enough.
