We exchanged greetings and she conducted an interview, typing data into my chart at 90 words per minute while we talked. She noted I was overdue on labs for my glycemic index, TSH, and cholesterol levels and ordered these. After each lab was completed, she communicated the lab results via email in MyChart. Dr. McAdams was excellent in all her service. She was cordial but not over-the-top, caring without doting, and given her vast knowledge and experience, resolved every issue of my case with high efficiency. If I am to rate the quality and efficiency of her work, it stands in the superlative, far above A+++ or five stars. At mid-career in her practice as University Professor and physician, she stands tall amidst her peers. The University of Utah Hospital and Clinics have given me the finest medical care I have ever received. I root for BYU, but I sing the praises of your staff and facilities to all my family, friends, and colleagues as the best in the world.

Very professional and very thorough, focusing on my issues of concern. Made referrals to address my concerns, strongly encouraged the new pneumonia vaccine, which I accepted. This was our first appointment, but I left feeling confidant about Dr. McAdams as my new physician.
