Erin is very easy to talk to. As a patient, sometimes I have had a little bit of a hard time understanding how things progress and the time frame to deal with the problem. Erin is very patient to take the time to explain a process to deal with it.

Erin was very knowledgeable and was so willing to explore all options for treatment with me. She also reassured me that even though my veins looked dramatic, and can make huge bruises, that they aren't an emergency and that I didn't need to worry about life threatening consequences.
