  • Dr. Gottlieb is Board Certified in Internal Medicine as well as Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Care. He specializes in maintaining wellness and independence for older adults, including those with complex medical conditions. He received his medical degree in 1984 from West Virginia School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia. In 1987 He completed his post-graduate Primary Care Internal Medicine residency in 1987 at the University of California Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. He also has completed a Master's of Public Health at the University of Utah.

    Dr. Gottlieb leads an innovative primary care clinical program for older patients. The Geriatric Patient-Centered Medical Home is a patient-centered primary care clinic with an interprofessional team – geriatric nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacist and social worker – dedicated to provide accessible, comprehensive, high-quality, coordinated care to promote older adult health and wellness.
