She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware and pursued her master’s degree at the U. She is a certified Arabic medical interpreter as well.

    Ghaida spent 7 years working with local refugee resettlement organizations where she gained a personal understanding for the struggles and needs of immigrant communities, particularly in the medical field. She now hopes to continue serving the health care needs of Salt Lake’s underserved population as a physician assistant.

    Ghaida believes that all individuals deserve equal access to quality healthcare and is committed to helping her patients overcome any barriers they may face in doing so. Her interest lies in family medicine which includes caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

    In her free time, she enjoys reading, the theatre, and fine arts. Ghaida takes advantage of outdoor activities in the beautiful canyons of Utah where she has lived with her husband and three kids for over 25 years!

    I¿m so glad I found Ghaida. I had some bad doctor experiences in the past and was nervous to come in. She was so great to listen to my concerns without judgment and not offer the standard answers but really tried to find solutions that worked for me. She is very thorough and so kind.
