Had to see a new doctor (Gilbert Gaertner), because our regular doctor canceled. The new doc was so great with my autistic grandson. Gilbert is absolutely amazing, he is kind and makes sure to explain everything so that I can easily understand. He does everything in his power to address every concern that I have and is really just the absolute best provider I have had in my life!

Gilbert is a great guy, but I don't feel like he listens when you speak or really cares what I have to say. It's more of an obligatory head nod when I've finished a comment to show he didn't zone out.
Dr. Gilbert has always been very kind, respectful and my children feel very comfortable talking to him. And I feel very happy because he always looks for a solution to my concerns

Doctor Gaertener is easily the best doctor I've had in a while. To be fair, I've only seen two other doctors in the last, hmm, six years? But still, Doc G was incredibly friendly, clear, and concerned with what I was going through. He explained multiple options for whatever I was experiencing and really let me choose how I wanted to receive my care. It was great having someone who had faith in their patient instead of acting like they had all the answers.
I have seen many doctors and partitioners throughout my life. I can safely say Gil Gartner is one of the most caring and empathetic providers I've encountered. He listened to all my concerns and gave me outstanding recommendations not just on which medications to take, but practical life advise to improve my health. He saw me not just as a patient, but a person.

Gil is fantastic. He was happy to answer my questions and discuss my options for care. When I brought up my unusual condition he was open about what he did and didn't know and assured me that he would make sure that I would get the best care possible even if it meant referring me to a specialist.
I wished the visit could have been in person but from what I understand Gilbert was delayed in getting to the office. He was in the office at the time of our visit. I appreciated that he did take time to listen and provide me with some options.

This was my first visit with Doctor Gilbert Gaertner III, it was an excellent medical service. Doctor Gaertnert listened patiently to all my concerns about my medical condition, spending a good amount of the time with me answering my questions and giving me a detailed plan to treat my health. I would like also to thank all the staff at the Redwood Health Center from the check-in staff, nurses and administrative personnel for their generosity and being considerate to me.
Gilbert did discuss that we should watch for a rash, but I did not realize that rash could happen several days into treatment. I wish he would have explained that better to me, and what to do if she did develop a rash. I just watched for a rash the first day, watching for an allergy. Otherwise I was very
