Dr. Mansell is very knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions. I did not feel rushed in any way and felt that my concerns were heard and understood. I went to be seen for HS, and Dr. Mansell has a very good understanding of the condition and definitely recommend him for anyone dealing with the same condition. We came up with a very reasonable treatment plan that made me hopeful moving forward.

Stellar service. Super professional and helpful staff, and the physician was knowledgeable and reassuring. I will definitely come back. There was also essentially no wait time--I had taken work along in anticipation of typical medical appointment delays, but I was taken back almost immediately and the physician came into the room within 2 minutes of my being ready. Extremely impressed.

Griffin is someone who will hear you out and will offer many options. There was no pressure to pick a solution, but he did an excellent job in laying out my options, stating the pros and cons of each one, and letting me choose based on the facts. He didn't interject with any personal opinion, and I felt as a woman of color, that he took me seriously and treated me with respect.

Wonderful in every way: Listened to me, explaining the options I had after explaining the diagnoses and always asking for my input in the decisions being made concerning my care. He has an exceptionally gentle and kind demeanor in his voice that put me right at ease.

Very Understanding and Knowledgeable. Listens to you and make sure that your able to get the service you need before giving the medication you need so it doesn¿t affect your body with other types of medication your taking. In my experience, with liver problems we did a blood draw to make sure was able to clear my skin without further damaging my body and he made sure to talk to other doctors as well before giving me the medication. I find that grade ¿A¿ treatment right there, doesn¿t get any better.
