He reassured me about my son's condition would heal because his kids have had it before and recovered. That if it took longer to recover I could reschedule with him for a follow-up appointment. He didn't mind my kids were very curious about the room we were in. My son understood him as he explained his treatment and how to care for it. I was greatful because my son was nervous to be seen. We moved quickly through the skin evaluation. He had a doctor in training with him so his attention was divided. I am not someone who needs a lot of hand holding so his efforts to educate the doctor in training was not an issue. After the biopsy he explained the timeline for the results. He asked if I had any questions before he left. Again, it was a first interaction so we had no rapport. I expect nothing more.

Very Understanding and Knowledgeable. Listens to you and make sure that your able to get the service you need before giving the medication you need so it doesn't affect your body with other types of medication your taking. In my experience, with liver problems we did a blood draw to make sure was able to clear my skin without further damaging my body and he made sure to talk to other doctors as well before giving me the medication. I find that grade ¿A¿ treatment right there, doesn't get any better.

He addressed all of my concerns with care and without dismissing anything as unimportant. The staff and doctor where professional and polite. The only down side I had to wait so long for an appointment to get in to be seen, while not being able to see out of my eye.
