The patient rating score is an average of all responses on our patient experience survey. The rating averages scores for all questions about care from our providers.
The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Heidi answered all of our questions and she was very kind and caring towards our family.
We had to ask so many questions to clarify what the plan was because it seemed like she thought it was explained already. It wasn't and we were definitely very confused. The plan didn't even address any of the issues that brought us in but if those issues keep happening we're supposed to call back. Our pediatrician referred us because they kept happening so it was frustrating to know we just have to continue watching our child struggle. We left more concerned than when we arrived and feeling like we never addressed any of the problem.
Heidi White doesn't return messages from me and my husband or our primary care provider. We had to make an appointment to actually talk to her.
Heidi was amazing. Our previous experience was not helpful and a true disappointment with a different provider at PCH-Urology. Heidi listened and offered helpful advice and feedback on how to help our daughter. She was very kind and understanding that my daughter has struggled with GI issues her whole life and gave us multiple options on how to help so my daughters urinary frequency would decrease to an appropriate frequency like it once was. I will be recommending Heidi to other families who need the Urology department.
I feel that she did not know how to interact with my daughter with special needs. We were there because my daughter is having to urinate frequently. She had to go during our visit, and the doctor was noticeably annoyed.
She's been attentive and helpful as we navigate such a scary diagnosis.
Heidi's response to my questions about the recommended treatment were met with no emotional connection. She responded like she didn't really care about how my daughter was feeling. She talked to my daughter like she was an adult and expected her to understand what we were talking about. My daughter was also upset. She felt as though they didn't care about what she was going thru. My daughter constantly has the urge to pee and she didn't understand why she was being told to deal with it longer. My daughter was shown more care and concern at the Exodus Urgent Care by the Nurse Practitioner there than at your Urology Clinic.
She is very attentive and kind and tried to make my baby feel comfortable and safe. [TRANSLATED]
Heidi has been very attentive to our child's problems, listens and takes her time with us, and explains her recommendations and strategies very clearly.
She was very caring, took the time to listen to our concerns and ask follow up questions. Gave us specific ideas on what to look for, chart on our own at home
After many years of struggling and trying to find answers somehow she explained it so clear and so simply that it all makes sense. Of course it's too soon to tell if we have fixed the problem but she explained things that I never understood about the issues we were having very clearly and concise. Both my son and I were literally in tears after she walked out in relief that we feel like we finally have answers in a solution!

It went very well! She explained in a way for me to understand and answered my question.
Dr. White is very compassionate and empathetic. She explained everything in a way that I was able to follow and process. I think the appointment we had was a little pointless since my daughter has had this condition for some time and we knew we wouldn't have new information without new tests. I would have rather just been told over the phone that we needed new scans for updated information instead of having to come in for an appointment that I have to pay for and didnt tell me anything new.
She was very patient, even though I had taken a call right before the meeting started. I was embarrassed but she used the time to get to know _______ a little which made the meeting that much better.
still waiting for follow up report from Heidi white... I rang office to get instructions forwarded to [NAME REMOVED] nurses at RTC and waiting to hear from consult with OB/GYN concerning cyst found on her ovary
Everything was great but holy crap they were over an hour behind schedule and that was enough to not want to recommend anyone.
I didn't feel that Heidi listened to my concerns and addressed the issues. It felt like because there wasn't a text book answer to my questions, they got ignored :(

She was so kind and patient with us and our daughter. She gave great care to us all.
I appreciate that Dr. White takes time to answer questions thouroghly and doesn't rush through the appointment. She has a good decision making process and thinks through the entire situation before recommending treatment or med increases.
Heidi was 20 minutes late to our virtual visit and did not apologize or acknowledge it at all. We were told we were her first appointment of the day, so it was strange that she was so late for a TeleHealth appointment. She didn't come across as very friendly either. She didn't speak to me in a very respectful manner. In fact, I felt very put off by the way she spoke to me. I also didn't feel like I had a chance to ask any questions before our visit was just ended. She never asked me if I had questions about anything, which is surprising when a lot of new and relatively big information is being relayed. Also, she spoke to my daughter like she was a baby, which she is not. Heidi knows the information and statistics, which I do appreciate, but her bedside manner is lacking.
I would recommend Heidi White to others. She is following up on my daughter's care, and she understands her challenges in this area. I appreciate her support to both my daughter and and me.
